BCGE - ELCA provides an integrated document management and legal archiving solution

Most mid-sized international banks and financial institutions have long since discovered the benefits of electronic archiving and document management. However, things have changed in recent years, and in many cases action is only taken when auditors discover that the electronic archiving system doesn’t fully meet legal requirements. To address this problem, ELCA offers an integrated cutting-edge Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution for the banking sector that provides electronic document management as well as legally compliant archiving. The Geneva Cantonal Bank has been using this solution since autumn 2008 ; it was fully integrated in the new Finnova banking software and the bank’s peripheral systems and commissioned at the same time as the new software.
