ELCA Update 2010

Event type : Conference
Olten, Hotel Arte and Lausanne, Musée Olympique
16 June 2010 - 17 June 2010

Nowadays, tasks in IT go far beyond providing innovative technologies – business processes have to be optimally supported and made as lean and efficient as possible. They also have to be structured flexibly such that they can adapt quickly to a dynamic market environment. IT has therefore become a business driver and actively supports companies in their aim to generate more turnover, lower costs, optimise business processes, boost both customer and staff satisfaction and improve manageability while naturally continuing to comply with regulations.

That’s why this year’s ELCA Update goes by the motto “Boosting business with IT – how do I change IT from a cost centre to a business driver?”. We offer a wide range of topics, from BI, CRM and ECM to software modernisation, be it with standard software or through individual development. Our range is rounded off by the comprehensive viewpoint of our IT business consulting service. In addition to various customer representatives, we will this year also be supported by Professor Gustavo Alonso of ETH Zurich.
