Successful management of user tests

Level: advanced course aimed at experienced project managers and managing directors.

User acceptance testing (UAT), the final stage before use, enables the prevention of malfunctions and the consequences in terms of finance, customer dissatisfaction and loss of image. This course tackles the principles, process and methodological tools of UAT using case studies. It covers the following key questions:
  • How do you evaluate risks? Where should you invest the testing effort?
  • What should the IT supplier test? What transparency is required? How do you continually monitor quality?
  • How do you organise and manage UATs? What decision-making dashboards should you use?
