The ELCA Group acquires 100% of shares in AmmA Interactive

The acquisition of Renens-based AmmA Interactive SAunderlines ELCA’s commitment to developing its expertise in ergonomy and interactive interfaces.

The teams at AmmA Interactive, whose founders were former ELCA employees, will join the team of ELCA from 15 November 2010.

This merger will take place in an entirely natural manner, as the two organisations share several major customers as well as having very similar corporate cultures and working practices.

ELCA’s entire management and staff welcome the addition of such expertise and remain committed to implementing large-scale, high-quality projects.
