NESTLÉ – Online reservation and business travel management

The head office of Nestlé in Vevey manages more than 10,000 business trips for its employees every year. To begin with, Nestlé established a new travel management system to rationalize the administrative and accounting tasks. This work organization system is equipped with the "Voyages" application developed by ELCA. Since then, this application has been in constant evolution. In particular it has been expanded to include the "e-Travel" tool from Amadeus to enable travellers to reserve their flights online, as well as the "Businesstravel" system for online issuing of train tickets for Swiss Federal Railways.
