E-Payment

The ELCA e-Payment center (e-PC) is a payment platform that integrates a variety of classical and innovative payment methods within a single interface. The e-PC is placed between the e-shop and the payment service provider and handles the entire e-payment cycle: payment data entry, authorization and reconciliation with the shop and the merchant account statement. Thanks to the automatic reconciliation of payments with orders, unpaid or rejected purchase orders can be identified and acted upon quickly.

A substantial advantage over classical solutions is the simultaneous use of several payment service providers and several payment methods. So, for instance, credit cards can be handled through Saferpay, Datatrans or ATOS and Postcard directly by Yellowpay. Without modifying the shop, it is very easy to change payment service providers or to introduce new payment means, bringing great flexibility and expandability to the shop. This allows international Internet merchants with subsidaries in different countries to operate the same e-shop platform, by isolating country-specific to Internet payment providers in a separate part of the application.

Typical payment types supported include MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners and JCB. In Switzerland we offer also payment with Yellowpay, PostCard, EasyPay, Jelmoli and Manor. An interesting payment method is BVR, which is a direct payment by the customer into your account, thus avoiding credit card transaction fees. Other payment types are also available, some specific to certain countries, and new payment types are added regularly. Examples are collection and payment with miles/credit points.

A performance administration tool ensures efficient management, reporting and reconciliation. Multiple types of reports concerning orders and payment transactions are available.
