The Global Fund – CRM Solution

The Global Fund is an international financing institution that works with several organisations around the world to support large-scale prevention, treatment and care programmes against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

The organisation required a customer relationship management (CRM) solution to centralise the management of partners’ contact data and to support part of the grant evaluation process.

Our extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and annex technologies such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Reporting Services and web services allows us to recommend the approach that is best for the client as well as being cost-efficient, using standard solutions – as with this client – or customised developments as appropriate.
