Process & Methodology
Since 1968, the goal of our project leaders is to satisfy:
-
Our customers by complying with our commitments in terms of quality, deadline and budget,
-
Our project teams by setting clear and realistic objectives and giving the right coaching,
-
Our shareholders through profitability.
Our key success factors are transparency, proactive risk management and capitalization on know-how.
Transparency is central to our project organization and reporting. It is the customer's guarantee that ELCA is doing its utmost to achieve quality within the deadline and budget. As a high quality system is not the only goal, ELCA pays a lot of attention to change management, communication and training in order to bring real added value to our customers.
Risk management is an essential task for our project leaders from the tender to the end of the project. Risk assessment is embedded in our planning and reporting with the provision of reserves and buffers. In fact, our methodology combines our practice with Dr Goldratt's famous theory of constraints.
Project management is one of the most valuable aspects of our know-how and our knowledge is capitalized in ELCA's training, methodology and Intranet portal. Moreover, our best practices deal with specific topics such as: "How to break down the complexity of very large projects?" , " How to maintain motivation through rhythm?" , "How to manage a time-to-market project?" , " How to manage a development team distributed across several locations?" and, "Focus on delay or budget, what is the impact?".
