Richard Bratschi and Ralf Klappert further enlarge sales team at ELCA

ELCA expanded its sales team, which Richard Bratschi joined as Key Account Manager in Berne and Ralf Klappert as Solutions Manager ECM in Lausanne for French-speaking Switzerland as well as the Berne region.

Richard Bratschi is responsible for the management and further development of key account customers in the areas of healthcare, energy, insurance and some parts of public administration. With more than 25 years' market experience in the IT and telecommunications environment, in various consulting and management positions, Mr Bratschi will further strengthen ELCA's presence in Berne. 

Ralf Klappert is responsible for the commercialisation of ELCA’s ECM solutions in French-speaking Switzerland and the Berne region. He has over 20 years' market experience in the ECM environment, in national and international management positions. Having previously worked for ELCA a few years ago, when he was involved in building up the ECM division, he was most recently employed by EMC Switzerland as head of Professional Services in the “Information Intelligence Group”.
