ELCA implements data exchange platform and register systems for the canton of Lucerne

The canton of Lucerne has chosen ELCA to implement its data exchange platform and register systems for residents, buildings/households and businesses/companies.

 
As part of the harmonisation of the register systems, the current interfaces linking the municipalities with various systems within the canton of Lucerne and the federal government are to be standardised and automated. ELCA’s solution integrates three register systems – the cantonal residents’ platform, the cantonal building and household register and the cantonal business and company register – in a single data exchange platform.
 

ELCA is thereby strengthening its position in the public sector. The Lausanne-based IT service provider with branches in Zurich, Berne and Geneva among others, is actively involved in various projects at the federal, cantonal and municipal level.
