Invoice Management
Many enterprises wish to speed up their administrative processes. Several insurance companies in Switzerland have employed ELCA to build a framework to meet their objectives in this regard.
The Sumex II System processes electronic invoices for accident and health insurance companies. The invoices are checked by the system automatically. If required, experts can perform additional controls. The type, range and number of automatic checks can be adjusted easily.
Sumex is a model solution for the whole insurance sector as well as for other industries where intensive invoice processing is necessary. This solution is workflow-based and can be adapted to individual business needs.
To learn more about this technology framework, please see our Sumex Brochure.
Sumex Hospital
Based on the Sumex II System, Sumex Hospital focuses on the new Swiss tariff system called “Tarmed”. It helps hospitals to produce invoices according to the Tarmed tariff. Invoices can be checked and corrected until a high level of quality is reached and are therefore unlikely to be returned for “non conformity”. Sumex Hospital is highly flexible and can be adapted and integrated to the hospital's IT architecture.
