HR Assistant
In this role
- Being the main point of contact for the onboarding: organization of each monthly induction day and welcome newcomers
- Organizing social events (find new thematic to develop team building / shared experience), well-being / sport and traditional events like the Christmas party
- Contributing on social network projects
- Participating in the annual performance review process and actions follow-up
- Working with our Learning & Development Manager on various projects and administrative tasks
- Developing the well-being and work life-balance at ELCA
- Expanding a collaborative and trust environment
You will also participate in some HR projects.

About your profile
- Higher education or a specialized HR diploma
- Smiling, active listener and autonomous person
- Organized and able to plan social events (after-works, lunches, etc.)
- First HR experience in training or community management
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and French, German is an asset
- Interested in IT sector
