Group Leader Public Administration

YOUR TASK 
As a Group Leader, in the Public Administration sector you are responsible for the setup and the operational leadership of projects within the Public Administration industry in the German part of Switzerland. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage large scale projects (> 2 Million CHF) and/or supervise project portfolio in a profitable way and with customer satisfaction
  • Warranty the quality of the deliverables and make the project leaders apply project management best practices and ELCA standards
  • Take the responsibility to lead commercial offers and support sales to develop customer portfolios 
  • Manage teams and resolve conflicts 
  • Report to top management in an efficient manner
  • Potentially manage partner and supplier relationships

YOUR PROFILE
You offer more than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Public Administration industry and the implementation of projects.
Further you can offer experience within the following areas:

  • Solid understanding of the IT-Industry 
  • Experience within agile development environments
  • Leadership experience (in demanding projects and teams of specialists)

You have a graduate degree and a technical background, as well as excellent communication skills in German and English. French would be an advantage.
