HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist

As a HR compensation and Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Management Participation in various HR projects of employees Benefits: Perform regular checks and integrate new benefits
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
  • Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluation
  • Perform job evaluations using market pricing methodology and analyze positions for equity across internal/ external peers
  • Identify, select and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive market position

  • Higher education or a specialized HR education followed by 10 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in a Swiss compensation and benefits role within an IT company or  interest in technology and the IT field.
  • Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Strong experience with compensation analysis and compensation payments
  • Strong knowledge of Pension fund, and health insurances in Switzerland
  • Attention to details
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead projects in a matrix environment

You have excellent communication skills in French and English, German is a plus.
