As the first contact in our office you are responsible for receiving visitors and answering the phone. You work carefully and consistently and you’re an organizational talent. You’ll also assist the Head of Operations, executing logistics orders and you’ll organize internal and external events. You’ll also support your colleagues with mandate and customer administration, write general correspondence and take care of other administrative items (offers, texts and documents, etc.).

You’ve successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship and already have job experience in a comparable position or at a legal office. You’re proactive and like working with others. You can handle stressful situations and still deliver high-quality work. You feel comfortable in a technical environment and you’re interested in IT solutions. You’re a sociable person, flexible, yet with a drive to get things done and you’re clearly team oriented. You can work independently, you’re capable of generating ideas for work optimization and are comfortable suggesting them. You have strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and the ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
You’re native-speaker fluent in German and you have very good skills in French and English (spoken and written).
