Role

  • Contribute to ELCA’s growth by generating enough quality leads
  • Continuously improve funnel of a given segment, e.g., shorten throughput time, improve shape
  • Ensure scalability to be able to keep up with growth goals  

Responsibilities

  • Establishes annual marketing plan segments such as the following:
    • Society and government, e.g., public administration, cybersecurity
    • New technologies and partners, e.g., ECM, CRM, Cloud
    • Business, .e.g., Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy
    • Products (own products)
  • Ensures full understanding of marketing in the given segment (e.g., competitor analysis)
  • Manages marketing mix (5 P) in given category (segment)
  • Campaign design and planning, e.g. objectives, tactics,
  • Operational management of campaigns across all tactics (including events), incl. SEO, SAO for example
  • Campaign controlling, e.g., number and quality of contacts, required number of marketing qualified leads

About your profile

  • Several years of category management experience
  • > 10 years of campaign management experience
  • Strong digital marketing expertise with company possessing a particularly strong reputation in this area
  • Masters Business Administration
  • Ability to persuade and motivate colleagues
  • Can do attitude / entrepreneurial
  • Perseverance and resilience
  • Industry background: IT products and services is an advantage but not a must
  • Location: Zurich, Lausanne / Genève
  • Languages: English (fit for professional purpose) plus German or French
