Cloud Specialist


In Cloud Services, your main goal will be to ensure service continuity for our customers. You take preventive actions, react to monitoring alerts and answer customer requests.


We are looking for a service-oriented person with technical support skills motivated to learn in a mixed environment (workstation and servers).


The support team manages highly critical systems around the globe, including more than 5’000 servers and containers, as well as workplace and office IT equipment. You will have the opportunity to work on various challenges covering a large technology spectrum (from OS layer, network, databases, applications, etc.) on different cloud platforms.


In addition to the main support activities, you will be involved in activities such as the preparation and roll-out of IT equipment (servers, storage and network components, etc.), and documentation.  


In this role

  • Handle service requests and incidents according to their priority
  • Use monitoring tools to monitor the status of the infrastructure
  • Setup new systems and perform regular maintenance in a DC
  • Linux and/or Windows operating system
  • Networks (firewalling, routing, switching)
  • Experience with virtualization, infrastructure as a code, or software configuration management (i.e., Puppet) is a plus

About your profile

  • You have an existing experience as a support technician (workstation or servers)
  • You are at ease to communicate with end-users over the phone, email, or ticketing systems to help them sort out technical problems
  • You enjoy or are at ease with adopting a systematic approach towards identifying and then solving a problem or issue at hand
  • Organized, dynamic and flexible
  • Education in IT
