The SecuTix 360° ticketing solution is a global integrated software suite, which has been developed in particular for professionals in the fields of entertainment, leisure and events, who wish to expand their offering and revenue but also to excel in managing their customer relationship.

SecuTix 360° is a large software with thousands of features, screens and capabilities. A group of 15 product managers are envisioning and defining the next innovation. In order to get closer to our customer, Product Manager need to better understand which features or configuration our customer is using. With the size of SecuTix and the variety of customer this cannot be handmade but requires a data analysis tool.

 

Within this internship we aim to explore the possibility of a machine learning technology combined with traditional data analysis. The goal is to extract the list of most/less popular feature (in the sense of process, customer journey, configuration setup). The approach may combine some sort of customer feedback to enrich the analysis.

In this role

  • Analyze standard market approaches for other product
  • Propose 2-3 possible models and define criteria to select the one that fits most for SecuTix
  • Implement a live MVP on a subset of SecuTix scope
