As a Digital Transformation Strategy Junior Consultant, you will support our Client’s success in tackling their strategic digital transformation path. You will be working on projects to help our Client shape and define a vision and an actionable strategy for Digital Transformation.
In this role you will bridge Business and IT.
As part of Elca’s Financial Services Advisory, your experience within the Financial Services and your passion for and expertise in digital and technology applied to FS will be foundational in supporting and working on strategic projects with our Clients. Your focus will be on business and the new role digital and technology now have in determining and forming new business models, with innovative products and services. You shall bring the necessary expertise and leadership to accelerate the Digital Transformation strategy for our Clients.
With a proven experience in the Financial Services industry, you will join Elca’s Financial Services Advisory in supporting our Clients by:
- Supporting strategic mandates
- Analysing the Client’s as-is situation, eliciting and documenting business needs
- Managing and prioritizing business needs, investigating potential relevant areas to address, in support of the definition of the overall strategy for the Client
- Evaluating plans of action, analysing and prioritizing innovative approaches and solutions to meet business challenges and opportunities
- Analysing and proposing potential governance models to optimise resources and efforts
- Evaluating proper actions to be implemented to achieve the desired goals, and where necessary giving support in the coordination of resources
- Engaging with diverse and heterogeneous stakeholders, establishing a proper level of communication
- Preparing and presenting strategic documents to relevant stakeholders, with a customer-centric approach

About your profile
- Strong experience in the Financial Services industry, and specifically in the field of Banking,
- whether in Corporate, Retail or Private (Cash Management, Loans, Payments, Portfolio Management, Trading, etc.), with an authoritative expertise in digital banking and trends (e.g. embedded finance, Open Banking, conversational banking, customer onboarding and engagement, BNPL, VRPs, Web 3…)
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, MBA is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consultancy and/or banking
- Experience in successfully liaising with middle management
- Strong track record in working on projects and in team
- Experience with SCRUM, Agile environments (certification is a plus)
- PMP, Prince2 would be an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Active listener, problem solver
- Experience facilitating workshops with heterogeneous stakeholder groups
- An entrepreneurial and open mind as well as an ability to work well under pressure
- Be passionate about new technology
- Fluent in French and English, German is an asset
- Willingness to travel and work on site at clients
- Flexibility to regularly travel from one ELCA location to another
