Field Support Engineer


In this role

  • Initial setup of hardware (vending machines, access control, box offices)
  • Support and advanced troubleshooting on customer’s site
  • Remote support
  • Suppliers and stock management
  • Hardware purchase
  • Enhance support procedures and documentation
  • Participating in Cloud Engineering projects
  • Paris Office link for the Corporate IT department

About your profile

  • Good technical network knowledge
  • Microsoft Windows and PDA knowledge
  • Troubleshooting skill
  • Service oriented, ability to listen the customer
  • Fluent in French and in English (B2+)
  • Work with autonomy in a multi-country team
