Front End Product Manager


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to strengthen the team that drives the evolution of our products to meet the challenges of a dynamic market during a key growth phase for our company. Focusing on defining the future of our fan/audience online journeys (standard and custom) as part of our white-label ticketing solution, you will be a key player in driving the modernization of our front-end solutions, developed in-house, as well as the toolbox that are used by third-party digital agency partners. In this role, you will report to the Senior Product Manager in charge of the S-360 solution.

This is a position based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

In this role

  • Hold and grow the product vision: align the product vision with the company and portfolio vision
  • Define and communicate a consolidated roadmap for your products and collaborate with other product managers to ensure the alignment with the core system roadmap
  • Gather and consolidate market requirements by working with our geo leads, sales team, key account managers and customers
  • Drive the development of front-end features and enables with the support of product owners in our internal development teams, be accountable for the value delivered to our customers
  • Drive the adoption of new features: lead actions to follow-up adoption of features with launch customers, measure product usage and feature adoptions with the support of our data analysts
  • Support pre-sales activities, through the creation of sales collateral, evangelization of the product vision and leading front-end functional design for the most complex customers
  • Collaborate with other product managers across the company to share knowledge

About your profile

  • Masters’ degree in a related field, or similar experience
  • 4-6 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS company, in particular for a B2B product
  • Proven experience delivering front-end (web, mobile) user-facing applications (both for B2B application users and B2C end users)
  • Good sense of user experience concepts and up-to-date with web and mobile trends
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills: you’ll need to effectively communicate your vision both internally and externally
  • Experience working with several Agile cross-functional teams (SCRUM, SAFe)
  • Comfortable interacting with engineers and technical architects in an international setup: we are a technology company and you need to be understood by the team
  • Able to cope with high-pressure situations
  • Fluent in English – this is our working language – knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
