Front Office / Back Office Allrounder

- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Welcome and provide information to the employees and visitors
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/parcels/deliveries
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Managing and archiving all contracting and official documents
- Assistance with general correspondence in French and English
- You support our staff in organizational and administrative matters such as the preparation of proposals, contracts, or any special requests
- You will be responsible for employee travel tickets, office supplies, etc. // Manage the in and out stock of office supplies

About your profile
- You have a university degree or a CFC in Commercial Business
- Have 2 to 4 years’ experience as a front office / back-office all-rounder or in a comparable position
- You can handle stressful situations and still deliver high-quality work
- You feel comfortable in a technical environment, and you’re interested in IT solutions
- You’re a sociable person, flexible, yet with a drive to get things done. You can work independently. - You’re capable of generating ideas for work optimization and are comfortable suggesting them
- You’re discreet, reliable, proactive and a good team player
- You have strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- You’re fluent in French and English (spoken and written). German skills are a plus
- Experience in the hospitality sector would be a plus.
