Following pandemical situations it is recognised that the mental health and the wellbeing of citizens and employees must be considered.

General Mental Health applications are numerous but imagine you can incorporate proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy using gamification, whilst focusing on the mindfulness of employees.

Today, gamification frameworks or the use of game design in serious context is applied in many domains such as Duolingo™ or the Starbucks™ fidelity program while gamified app offered by companies looking to improve their employee’s wellbeing is a real market.

Enabling self-monitoring of mindfulness with an app engaging your users to perform to a personalised goal will help them to return to their natural state of wellbeing.

In this role

You will be in charge of:

  • Build a health application using a gamification framework.
  • Interviewing specialist, you will understand the user needs, motivation
  • and behaviour.
  • Focussing on user needs during the ideation phase you will test your gamification design ideas.
  • Your will learn to consider ethical constraints in the design phase.
  • You will define KPI for the evaluation of the progress of your users.
  • You will increase your skills in gamification design, in mindfulness assessment and in mobile app development.
