HR Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist


We are currently hiring for a HR Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist in Geneva.

Your main task is to materialize our employer branding strategy in support of our recruitment needs and retention objectives.

In this role

  • You work closely with our recruitment and marketing teams to design and secure an attractive candidate journey, to drive a broad set of on-line and off-line Marketing activities and to materialize the necessary collaterals for internal and external use
  • You develop recruitment strategies to build and nurture our recruitment funnel among various key target groups, from Employer Branding awareness to consideration for specific opportunities
  • You drive digital and paid social media campaigns through the proper channels to generate applications, applying performance-oriented tracking and reporting systematology for all channels
  • As a key evangelist of our Employer Branding, you maintain our social presence, our career page, job ads and job postings. You look for attractive content, passionate collaborators, cool stories and leading-edge topics to promote our expertise and our company culture externally.
  • You research the latest trends, monitor competitors, promote best practices internally and share new ideas to help us surprise and delight our current and future talents

About your profile

  • You ideally have 3-5 years of experience as a HR Marketing, with a solid understanding of Employer branding and Employee value proposition. Alternatively, you are used to drive promotional or recruitment campaigns amidst strong brand differentiators (e.g., luxury/private schools/services, etc.)
  • HR degree with a CAS/MAS in HR Marketing, or Communication or Marketing degree with recruitment experience or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Adobe CS – Photoshop in particular - with a solid sense of aesthetics.
  • Experience of social media influencer or taste for community management a strong plus
  • Ability to build projects and processes from scratch, with a clear can-do attitude and persistent drive to promote your views and ideas internally.
  • Fast learner with the capacity to gradually understand a fascinating – yet complex and highly technological - environment
  • You are fluent in French and in English; German is a strong plus
