HR Specialist


In this role

The HR Specialist is part of a team of 4 HR Specialist and is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR Administration across EMEA and internal mobility (+5 countries / + 1000employees)



HR Administration

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle administration for Switzerland and offices abroad
    • Entry/exit formalities (contract, registration etc)
    • Benefits registration
    • Sickness/Accident/APG declaration
    • Work permit
    • Work certificate
    • Unemployment certificate
  • Maintain and update employees records
  • Suggest improvement/optimization for the HR administration
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes



Support internal mobility



Assisting the team for the delivery of group wide initiative and project as required

About your profile

  • Higher education or a specialized HR education, HR certificate is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HR Assistant in Switzerland, knowledge of EMEA country is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state regulations and social insurances (AVS and other taxes).
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fully at ease with digital tools
  • Strong customer service mindset, pragmatic
  • Attention to detail, hands-on, and able to take initiative
  • Collaborative and a team player
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, German is a strong asset
  • Advanced Excel skills
