ICT-Support 1st & 2nd Level (m/w/d)
In this role
- 1st Level Support: Handling change requests and incident tickets
- Preparation and roll out of IT equipment’s (workstation, laptops, conference rooms, etc...)
- Stock management (Unpacking material, Inventory check/update)
- Enhancement of procedures and documentations
- Travel to other sites (Basel, Rapperswil) to support users on site

About your profile
- You are an IT Technician with, ideally, 3 years’ experience. At the minimum, possess a “CFC” (EFZ) in computing technology
- You are structured and meticulous in the management of IT equipment’s
- Efficient and service oriented
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 / 2019
- Good Knowledge on Notebook and PC hardware
- Knowledge on Mac OS and Mac management in a Windows environment
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Systems (Exchange, Azure, Skype for Business, OneDrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of network concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMTP, etc.)
- Knowledge of virtual environments (VMware vSphere, VCenter)
- Knowledge of printer environment (Setup – support)
- Being able to understand a conversation in German, English and French is a plus
- In addition, your strengths include teamwork, flexibility, highly-developed customer orientation and technical expertise
- Driver's License
