Elaborate solution concepts and review existing Health solutions.
Develop innovative applications relying on IHE technical frameworks.
Review and submit comments to IHE-Europe committee to improve existing technical documents.
Represent ELCA in e-health related associations and interest groups.
Provide expertise to ELCA colleagues and advise customers on e-health / IHE topics.

About your profile
You have a degree from a technical institute, university or college and have at least from 5 to 10 years of experience in analysis, design and development.
Very good knowledge of Java, SOAP, REST; any high-level interpreted language would be a plus.
Model driven development, MDHT would be a plus. › Java common frameworks, Java EE, modern Web frameworks.
Experience with the IHE underlying technologies HL7v2, HL7v3, FHIR, CDA-CH-II would be a plus.
Server administration skills in a Linux environment.
Familiar with continuous integration and Test-Driven Development.
Understand the Swiss healthcare system and the Electronic Patient Dossier strategy / laws of Switzerland.
English, and French or German with working knowledge of the other language.
