Java J2EE Senior Software Engineer - Payment


Secutix is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to manage new implementations or enhancements of our quickly growing portfolio of payment providers, following our worldwide expansion.

In this role

In this role you will :

  • Open technical discussions with partners to ensure smooth integrations
  • Implement the end-to-end process from the development and tests to the set-up with the customer in production
  • Provide L3 support on payment related topics (both online and proximity)
  • Contribute to the payment strategy by keeping a good overview on the existing technologies and partners

About your profile

  • Strong communication skills (fluency in English required, French is a plus), comfortable with organizing meetings with partners and customers
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, with a good knowledge of web applications and their ecosystems
  • Good understanding of the payment industry
  • Familiar with IT security best practices. Further training or certification such as PCI-DSS desirable
  • Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality
  • 5+ years of experience with online payment technologies, including experience with POS payment or hardware integrations
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
