Junior Financial Analyst


In this role

With the fast development of its IT products, ELCA is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to fully develop the finance activities for one of our IT product:

  • P&L analysis on a monthly basis
  • Budget and rolling forecasts
  • Monthly KPI scorecard for the Group Executive board
  • Preparing the financials for the bimonthly Business Review sessions with the Group Executive board
  • Structuring of the revenues pipeline and close follow-up on offers & leads
  • Support the management into defining new software licencing prices & strategies
  • Support the CAPEX and investments decisions
  • Ensure proper closing of the books in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Being identified as the point of contact for all finance matters
  • Competitive analysis & benchmarking
  • Enhance cross-product best practices

About your profile

We are looking for a passionate person with 2-3 years of experience with :

  • Past initial experience as Junior Financial Analyst within an international environment
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills, self-learner, able to work independently and curious to develop new skills
  • Excited to pilot the development of finance & controlling activities for an IT product
  • Excelling with MS excel and having experiences with cubes
  • Understanding of the accounting environment
  • Interested in the business of Information Technology and Services
  • Speaking English and French (German would be a plus)
  • Swiss or valid working permit
