Lead Product Manager


We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of our product portfolio to meet the challenges of a fast-changing market and in key growth phase for our company.

This role can be equal to a Director or a VP of Product.

You will be managing a team of product managers, designers and analysts who are in charge of delivering the best value to our customers and the market.

This is a position based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

In this role

  • Lead and develop a team of product managers who is growing (8 to 12 people), ensuring process excellence and team development
  • Hold and grow the product portfolio vision: align the organization and the products on the overarching vision, evangelize the vision internally and externally
  • Consolidate cohesive product roadmaps for the portfolio and ensure alignment with solutions product managers as well as all stakeholders, internal and external; ensure that value is effectively deliver to customers
  • Gather and consolidate market requirements by working with our geo leads, sales team, key account managers, customers, and other stakeholders. In particular,
  • Develop a deep understanding of the event industry to inform the product strategy
  • Collaborate with head of technology and architects to align the product and technology visions
  • Support pre-sales for the most complex and strategic deals, and go-to-market activities

About your profile

  • 12+ years of experience as Product Manager, in a SaaS companies, in particular for B2B products. Experience in event and ticketing industry is a strong plus
  • Experience in leading a team of product managers (> 10 people)
  • Experience managing and aligning a portfolio of products
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to balance tactical and strategic dimensions
  • Excellent communication skills: you’ll need to effectively communicate your vision both internally and externally
  • Experience working with Agile at scale (e.g. SAFe)
  • Comfortable interacting with technical architects: we are a technology company at heart
  • Able to cope with high-pressure situations
  • Masters’ degree in Computer Science or a related field, or similar experience; MBA a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written): this is our working language. French, German and/or Spanish are a plus
