Legal Counsel


We are an independent rapidly growing high-tech company and are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel in Lausanne (alternatively Geneva) to strengthen our team.

In this role

As our legal counsel you will:

  • Provide our organization with hands-on legal advice in a broad range of legal issues related to our entities based in Switzerland, Europe and the Americas
  • Analyze, draft and negotiate agreements in the rapidly evolving field of high-tech and digitalization
  • Serve as key lawyer/legal advisor on all major business transactions or SecuTix, our venture in the ticketing business
  • Act as the responsible person for the implementation and maintenance of financial transaction related compliance procedures in the ticketing business
  • Assist, manage and advise top management on contentious matters arising
  • Ensure that business is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Deliver advice on how to manage legal risks and report the risks to key management teams
  • Train and coach executives and colleagues on relevant legal topics

About your profile

  • Master or equivalent / higher degree in law followed by 10 years of experience in an international inhouse legal environment or an international law firm, preferably within a Software Company
  • Proven track record in contract and corporate law as well as compliance management, expertise in digital solutions, SaaS, and cloud services will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Swiss and international contract law (incl. relevant areas of public law, e.g., public tendering), knowledge in European or North American jurisdictions is a plus
  • Interested in a broad range of legal topics and proactively working independently with international team members in Switzerland and abroad
  • Demonstrated ability to translate legal knowledge into understandable business language to help create practical business-oriented solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (German a plus)
