Legal Counsel


Being a successful Cloud Computing company, SecuTix understands the importance of developing its greatest asset – its people That is why, as we are growing, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel in Paris to strengthen our team.

In this role

As our legal counsel, you will:

  • Advise on most important legal issues related to our entities based in Europe and the North America
  • Advise and draft project agreements in the rapidly evolving field of high-tech and digitalization
  • Serve as key lawyer/legal advisor on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
  • Assist, manage and advise top management on contentious matters arising
  • Ensure business is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Deliver advice on how to manage legal risk and report the risks to key management teams
  • Train and coach executives on all relevant legal topics

About your profile

  • Previous experience in a legal counsel role within a Software Company, expertise in digital solutions, SaaS and cloud services will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract law (incl. relevant areas of public law, e.g., public tendering) in Europe and the North America
  • Master or equivalent / higher degree in law followed by 10 years of experience in contract and corporate law
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (German a plus)
