We are expanding our M365 capabilities in the Romandie and are therefore looking for an Expert to join our Digital Workplace & Collaboration team in Lausanne or Geneva.

In this role

  • Participate to the implementation of SharePoint / M365 with local customers and major international accounts.
  • Work with the business and be the interface with IT Department. You will manage projects in your technical stream with an end to end vision and cooperate with other domain, to lay the foundation for a successful project.
  • Support the unit and the sales department with pre-sales activities and execute tender procedures (proposals for solution, presentation, demo, …)
  • Supervise project success and drive customer satisfaction
  • Define requirements and conduct business/technical analysis in collaboration with client representatives
  • Develop concepts and specifications with the relevant specialists & experts
  • Implement and follow the development, testing, deployment of solution and operations
  • Report to the relevant team members on a regular basis
  • Participate actively in the development of the Digital Workplace practice through coaching

About your profile

  • An University degree in the Scientific, Technical or Management fields
  • At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in the domain and a previous position as technical lead position around SharePoint / M365 services in an IT service company
  • Extensive experience with SharePoint and Cloud services, preferably M365 and Azure
  • Programming skills in Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SPFX
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Products such PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate
  • Theoretical knowledge combined with pragmatism
  • Previous experience leading project for the technical part, with a distinct customer focus as a service provider
  • Comfortable & enjoy navigating within a big variety of projects and activities, often in parallel
  • Identify efficiently and proactively challenges and needs to comply with them within projects’ targets
  • Autonomy & initiative-oriented in delivering technical activities
  • Communicative and motivated team player
  • Capability to fluently work in French and English. German knowledge being an asset
  • Ability to travel in CH Romandie
