Our portfolio of advanced SaaS solutions S-360, TIXNGO and OXYNADE are innovative products and platforms providing business critical solutions to the Sports, Entertainment and Cultural Sectors. Our SaaS Ticketing Platform is chosen to be the ticketing solution provider of the top three greatest world sports tournaments.

Your role

As Operations and Sales Lead/VP, you will manage and administrate our new office in Amsterdam and bootstrap SECUTIX in the Northern European Market (Benelux & Nordics).

  • Lead the penetration of the solutions S-360, TIXNGO and OXYNADE
  • Create sales capability and expand marketing and professional services activities with the support of the Marketing Manager and the Professional Services Manager in your team
  • Drive generation of incremental ARR and service revenues.
  • Define local value-proposals for our set of different solutions
  • Identify and build technical, integrator and commercial partnership to enable more opportunities
  • Reports to CEO of SECUTIX in Switzerland

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration or IT technology
  • 10+ years of experience in sales of ticketing solutions, IT services or software
  • Well-connected in the cultural, event or sports industry
  • Good understanding of handling contractual matters
  • Experience in establishing and running a local office (incl. administration and management)
  • Capability to hire and nurture up to 7 people within 1-2 years, and to create and lead a local tech unit
  • Pleasure in working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Familiar with reports and CRM tools
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
