Pre-Sales Engineer

In this role

In this role, you will:

  •  be responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in SECUTIX technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, you must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate our solutions that address these requirements and provide business value
  • collaborate with the sales executive by acting as technical experts in customer presentations. In addition, they determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups. They also respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solution
  • coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded
  • Understand the customer's needs, and establish solutions as the best solution that solves the customer's challenges
  • Build and present customized demos of our solutions set
  • Convey deep understanding of the entertainment industry and technology as it pertains to Secutix’s  solutions
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
  • Respond effectively to RFPs
  • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region
  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle
  • Attain annual objectives assigned by management

About your profile

  • Ability to work as part of a sales team to position solution as best proposal
  • Has handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
  • A good awareness & understanding of the Sports, Entertainment & cultural sectors
  • Proven work experience as a Presales Engineer in an IT solutions company
  • Hands on experience with SaaS ticketing and/or a CRM/Marketing Cloud solutions
  • History of success as a consultant, business development, technical account management, or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential
  • Fluent in French and good level of English
