Predicting Customer Lifetime Value (Master Thesis / Internship)

Apply

It is commonly admitted that acquiring a new customer is more costly than exploiting the potential of an customers. The more a customer would purchase my services and products, the better I will understand what he needs and its purchasing behavior. But how can I identify which customer has the most value so I can focus my sales and Marketing efforts?

If it purchasing behavior is worth to be analyzed (ordered amount, frequency, customer value, lifespan), can AI be used to read such KPIs and provide prospective figures of for 1 customer? For the whole portfolio?
