SALES MANAGER BENELUX & NORDICS
In this role
As Sales Manager you're responsible for developing full-funnel sales strategies to develop the growth of all SaaS solutions across the Northern European region including the Benelux and the Nordics. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our business in the region and help build a high performing commercial team. Based in Amsterdam you will report directly to the General Manager Northern Europe.
- Define a GTM strategy for the region and the products in close co-operation with the General Manager Northern Europe
- Create and maintain up to date leads and account plans using our CRM system Salesforce
- Enthusiastically generate leads through independent research and discovery
- Maintain and develop leads from the SecuTix website and internal referrals
- Proactively advocate additional SECUTIX products (TIXNGO, OXYNADE, PEAK PROTECT) to new and existing clients
- Work close with all departments to ensure smooth operation of our clients’ business
- Demonstrate product knowledge to allow for effective presentation of our company technology and services to both clients and colleagues
- Liaise with our Legal and Finance teams to ensure contracts are issued and completed in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and regular forecasts on the Northern European market
- Attend events, festivals and industry conferences to network and build your profile in the market
- Travel the Northern European region as required to meet business needs and commitments
- Work with the top tier clients in the region

Your profile
- A degree in business administration or IT Technology
- A can-do and agile attitude necessary to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment whilst being part of a bigger organization
- At least 10 years of professional experience in functions in ticketing or comparable companies (tourist booking systems, CRM, SaaS platforms)
- Knowledge of the requirements and procedures of the Sports, Entertainment & cultural sectors
- An extremely resilient network up to decision-maker level
- Very good understanding of Internet technologies, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong in communication and closing, presentation skills and strong team orientation
- Goal-oriented and structured working method
- Passion for events and technology
- Self-starter who can own the ongoing success of large customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (C2), additional Scandinavian languages are a plus
