Senior IT digital & strategy consultant
In this role
As a “Senior Digital & IT Strategy Consultant” you will be a trusted advisor for our clients and support them in their strategic IT challenges. In this role you will bridge Business and IT. Your interlocutors will be the leadership team directly working with the CXOs within our Client’s organization.
Your responsibilities will include following missions:
- Assess the organization of IT departments and provide structured recommendations
- Translate the corporate vision and the business ambitions into an IT strategy and roadmap
- Support clients with innovative and pragmatic solutions for their digital transformations
- Define an Enterprise Architecture that will support the IT and business ambition
- Establish a governance to optimize IT operations and management
- Elaborate IT transformation scenarios with their financial and resources projections
- Support, structure and manage complex digital & technology projects

About your profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in science or technology, an MBA would be a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consultancy
- Relevant certifications in project, IT service or technology management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Successful experience in liaising with C-level
- Champion at leading and animating workshops with heterogeneous stakeholder
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a flair for identifying new opportunities
- Ability to structure and build pragmatic solutions
- Active listener, problem solver, facilitator
- A passion for technology and management
- Ability to carry out diverse mandates simultaneously
- Experience in one or more industries relevant to Swiss Romandie (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, finance, transportation, public sector, manufacturing…)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMI, IPMA, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, SCRUM, SAFe )
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at clients’ offices
- Fluent in French and English, additional language is a plus
