Emerging as a leader in the worldwide ticketing industry, SecuTix is expanding its operations internationally and is welcoming more and more top tier customers. To support this growth, the engineering team of SecuTix has expanded a lot in the past years, now counting nine agile teams situated in three different geographical regions.

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our engineering team, whose mission is to lead the platform and payment in terms of management and leadership. The role is principally oriented toward external stockholders (customer, market leaders, management team) to communicate a structure vision, plan and expectation. 

In this role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead in terms of vision and plan the platform and payment team (approx. 20 engineers, managers, cross-region Viet-Nam, Spain, Switzerland)
  • Accountable for delivering on time and quality agreed plan, communicate to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Ensure technical leadership, deliver solution design
  • Organize and structure team activities, ensure devOps (24/7) adoption, modernize CI/CD
  • Report to the management on operational and strategic front: status, risks, 2 years roadmap, financial figures and efforts
  • Organize and animate cross-team agile events
  • Support Head of Software Engineering in various management / admin activities
  • Manage and coach scrum masters, product owners, technical experts, quality and support specialists

About your profile

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including proven practice managing large scale delivery operations with multiple agile teams
  • Experience in working with offshoring centres
  • Knowledge SAFe portfolio
  • Very good understanding of Internet technologies, SaaS and cloud-based platforms
  • Customer-centric obsession and passion for coordinating challenging operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and structured working method
  • Within the team, strong leadership is required to align and arbitrate roadmap and constraints
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
