Using Virtual Reality to be closer to customers (Master Thesis /Internship)

Apply

It’s now more and more difficult to make customer visit physical branch of companies, banks as everything is now digital and accessible through web sites and/or mobile applications.
The first consequence is that it is more difficult to transmit values and atmosphere around a brand, company/bank to customers and also to initiate one-to-one contact.

With the democratization of virtual reality devices we can now bring branch to customers instead of trying to make them move to physical location of offices of company/bank. Virtual reality now provides a full immersive environment that can be designed around a brand, company, bank values and thus provide a quite unique experience to visualize and interact with products and services offered.
