ELCA opens its 5th Swiss office - in Basel

ELCA Informatik opens its Basel office in April 2018 to be closer to customers in Northwestern Switzerland.

ELCA is committed to being close to its customers. In April 2018, Switzerland's largest independent IT solution provider will open a branch office in Basel's Aeschenvorstadt.

"Our investment is a commitment to the Basel region, which, with its economic power and structure, cannot be ignored by a company like ELCA Informatik," explains Cédric Moret, CEO of the ELCA Group.

"High quality engineering and consulting positions will be established at the new Basel site. The FHNW, the University of Basel, and the entire region, offer excellent opportunities for recruiting highly qualified staff," says Reto Schmid, who will head the branch.

In addition to providing customer support, the new location will focus on software development. ELCA already has clients in insurance, banking, energy, public administration and transportation in Northwestern Switzerland. In the future they can be served locally.
