Growth: an additional reason to celebrate ELCA's 50th anniversary
ELCA once again grew faster than in the previous year, and with a headcount exceeding 920 reached sales of CHF 142 million in 2017. The organic growth is broad based and profitable.
In 2017 ELCA generated sales of CHF 141.8 or 19.3% more than in 2016, during which the Swiss IT company had already grown by 11.0%. This would not have been possible without the trust of clients and the over 920 colleagues the company currently employs. Growth was once again well balanced across all sectors, with highlights in defence and cybersecurity, financial services, healthcare, transport, and public administration. The group provides deep and broad industry know-how, closeness to end users and technological expertise second to none to deliver value to its clients. Hence ELCA’s mission and commitment, "We make it work".
The ticketing solution SecuTix, and iPension, an innovative product for pension funds and their beneficiaries, also delivered significant growth thanks to a strong increase in their client bases. SecuTix’s outstanding ticketing solution was enhanced by a blockchain-based solution that ensures end users can trust the authenticity of the tickets, which they buy at a fair price.
The launch of innovative solutions, particularly in the areas of insurance, cybersecurity, cloud services, web traffic management and customer interactions, e.g., virtual assistance enhanced by new services such as UX design and managed hosting, will fuel ELCA’s growth in 2018, the year in which ELCA celebrates its 50th anniversary.
