As silver sponsor ELCA is participating at the Évènement Connecté on the 9th  and 10th April at the palexpo in Geneva.

The previously known as the Salon SITB, l'Événement Connecté is the largest professional gathering dedicated to business software and IT solutions in French-Speaking Switzerland. This is a must attend event for company directors and managers responsible for business software and IT hardware.

As a Silver Partner, ELCA will host a conference on the 9th of April on the topic "Digital sovereignty in Switzerland – and how to master its challenges". The speaker will be Christophe Gerber, the Head of Defense and CyberSecurity at ELCA Informatik AG.

No one can stay away from the possibilities and threats of digitalization. It is too important as a game changing phenomenon to allow anyone not to be part of it. Governments, companies and private persons around the world are therefore struggling for the right local measures to handle the global upheavals of digitalization.  In a globally connected world everyone needs a winning approach to the challenges on data management, cyber security and government regulation. But copying with continuous changes requires clear focus and the right strategy. We provide you with insights and a comprehensive outlook on the key challenges you need to anticipate in order to stay ahead.

And on the 10th of April ELCA will present a workshop on the topic "Augmented Reality Mobile Solution dedicated to Network Management". The speakers will be Florian Comby (Seic Teledis) and Jean-David Albou (ELCA Informatik AG).

Billions of CHF are yearly invested in utility grids to keep the quality and to secure the long term of supply. Each construction site requires the same routine of tagging the soil to prepare the work. With our Filar Hololens Augmented reality solution, grid traces are easily visible, reducing time of experts and the use of paper maps. In addition, grids are easy to understand in field intervention reducing the risk of mistake during technical activities. Digitalization will then help grid operators to be more efficient, to reduce their costs of operation and to improve the quality of supply and the customer satisfaction.

You are cordially invited to visit us at our booth, EC 70, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore our augmented reality mobile solution Filar.
