The Swiss Army relies on ELCA solution in the COVID-19 crisis

In the first wave of COVID-19 in spring 2020, over 5,000 members of the swiss armed forces were mobilized to provide active support to the Swiss population and the public sector organizations (hospitals, clinics, security forces, civilian guards). In addition to providing aid, members of the army also distributed tons of urgently needed material throughout Switzerland.

 

ELCA supports the Swiss Army operations with a planning and management cockpit. The application improves significantly the efficiency of the staff in the context of situation tracking and the planning of operations and engagements. The solution was developed together with the Swiss Army using state of the art technology and according to Agile principles.

 

In the current situation, ELCA continues to supports the Swiss Army with this application. We at ELCA are proud to make an active contribution to the fight against COVID-19 within the scope of the Swiss Security Association.
