Update: COVID-19 certificate

ELCA and Sicpa take note of the decision of the Swiss Confederation to choose the Federal IT Office solution for the supply of COVID-19 secure certificates. We understand the motivations and constraints that led to the choice to adopt this format, which is based on the European Union's.

Our dearest wish is that the Swiss population can return to normal life as soon as possible with the best security guarantees and in absolute respect of data protection. We therefore congratulate the Swiss Confederation for having taken a quick decision.

Based on our experience of more than a year on this subject, we remain ready to actively support the Confederation and the Federal IT Office in this permanent and necessary quest for increased security and protection of the private sphere.
