In partnership with Snowflake, we’re bringing the power of the Data Cloud straight to you in Zurich on March 23, 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. Join us for a morning filled with data discussions and peer learning over breakfast. At "Data for Breakfast" you’ll discover the power of the Snowflake Data Cloud and walk away with the knowledge you need to transform your business through data and analytics. Cost to attend: Free.

As a Data for Breakfast attendee you will:

  • Learn how to deliver data-driven decision-making across your organisation

  • Learn how to enable your most critical data workloads and build for the future with modern data sharing

  • Hear how a Snowflake customer is leveraging the Snowflake platform to make data-driven decisions

The following ELCA experts will be present at a dedicated table in the networking area of the event:

Timo Babst, one of our data engineer experts. For many years, Timo has been involved as a data expert on a very large project to process the railway network maintenance information. This project is now adopting Snowflake on Microsoft Azure. Timo is responsible for the migration of one of the largest Scala and Spark data app to the new architecture.

Antoine Hue, our senior data architect, team lead of the data engineering in Romandie. Antoine is leading our group of data architects and data engineers with expertise in many areas, ranging from data governance and cloud adoption, through infrastructure as code and devops, to the actual data modelisation, ingestion and transformations.
