The new Swiss QR Code on electronic invoices will be effective starting June 30, 2020. Suppliers with a bank account in Switzerland will be able to obtain payment thru the scan of the Swiss QR affixed to their invoice.

Objective is to automate payment from start to finish, to speed up the overall process, to reduce the risk of errors and to enable settlement thru new portals, such as smartphones.

Key features

Our plugin enables the addition of a QR payment section to your regular invoices. You can retain your current invoice models or create new ones. Your new Swiss QR invoices can be printed using an ordinary printer or included in an email.

Our graphical interface guides you thru the data selection which is required to generate the Swiss QR code in full compliance with the new regulations. In addition, our plugin is able to generate a large volume of invoices automatically.

dox42 proposes an extensive software package for document automation and data integration. It enables you to generate complex documents automatically from an MS Word template.

Data can be integrated from various sources, such as images, tables, dynamic charts, as well as Swiss QR bills.
