IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Define SecuTix solution architecture and design in the context of a large international ticketing project, using state-of-the-art tools and working in agile teams.
- Work closely with business analysts, partners and clients to design reliable, secure and highly efficient systems; drive technical decisions.
- Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery, including on-site functional and non-functional testing as well as operations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.

ABOUT YOU:
You hold a MSc or BSc from a leading university or institute of technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software architect on large systems.
- You are passionate about software engineering, software architecture, the Java ecosystem and performance, scalability, high availability and security are the key drivers of every of your software designs.
- You are experienced in the development of server-side components for distributed applications in the Java environment (JEE, Spring).
- You have an excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, application security, APIs/web services standards (REST/Json, SOAP, gRPC), and infrastructure components for logging and monitoring.
- You are comfortable with continuous integration and test automation tools.
- Ideally, you also bring some experience in trending technologies such as cloud environments or application containers (Docker, OpenShift).
- You have a good command of English.
