IT Supporter


In this role

  • Handling change requests and incident tickets
  • Providing great IT support to users
  • Preparation and roll out of IT equipment’s
  • Working with head of Office on IT infrastructure and workplace projects
  • Enhancement of procedures and documentations

About your profile

You have successful finished an Information Technology Apprenticeship and you have gained at least 3 years of experience in IT user support in a large company (200 employees or more). For Zurich you need to have fluent German and very good English language skills and to understand a conversation in French is a big plus. In addition, your strengths include teamwork, flexibility, highly-developed customer orientation and technical expertise.


  • Efficient and service oriented
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 10 and 8.1
  • Good Knowledge on Notebook and PC hardware
  • Good Knowledge on Active Directory
  • ITIL knowledge is a plus
  • Driving licence
