Northern Europe Operations And Sales Lead for our Amsterdam Office
In this role
- Bootstrap and lead the penetration of SecuTix Solutions (stx360, t&g, oxynade) in the Northern Europe Market (BEL, NL, Nordics
- Create sales, marketing and professional services capability to serve Northern Europe market
- Drive generation of incremental ARR and service revenues.
- Define local value-proposals for our set of different solutions
- Identify and build tech / integrator / commercial partnership to enable more opportunities
- Reports to UKI Ops and Sales VP to start with

About your profile
- Connected in the Cultural or Sport sector
- Experience in Software / IT Services Sales.
- Demonstrated ability/experience to create local tech unit.
- Experience in working an international/multicultural environment.
- Can hire and nurture from 1 to 7 people in 1-2 years.
- Small team people manager skills
- Experience to handle contractual matters.
- Familiar with reports and CRM tools
- Business or Engineering school.
- Fluent English.
- French a good plus.
